    Paint Scheme

    Post  79treemaster on Tue Dec 10, 2013 5:48 am

Has anyone got any pictures of some unique retro paint jobs? I am thinking something like hockey stripes on the front with engine ID badges like a 68 Camaro or something like the Baldwin Motion look.

I found some different paint schemes not quite like the baldwin motion type, but they seem to work

This one has an id badge which looks perfect on it

No bumper filler required for that last car. That's neat how he sucked the bumpers in. I've never seen that done before. Different look for sure.

That last one is my new favorite, its done so right, and I actually like the bumpers sucked in. he probably said screw it trying to find bumper filler, and just pushed them in lol. I like that lower valence piece too, its got a nice retro vibe.

    The last one is sweet!

To push in the bumpers, simply drill a small (1/8") hole into each (bumper) shock to release the pressure.
    They'll slide right in tight.

I was thinking of doing that or taking out the absorbers and then bolt it to the frame if that would work, id have to look at it first. But im really liking the look, i never thought about doing it until i seen that photo. I also like that valence piece, im trying to find the owner of the car, ive got a few questions for him.
